Here it is, my collection of vintage snowmobiles. You should notice a few things. One, there are a whole lotta snowmobiles here. And Two, there are a whole lotta Rupps here! I frequently get asked what is the gem of my collection. Believe it or not, it is NOT the 1973 or 1976 Rupp Magnum. My prized snowmobile is my very first one, a 1976 Rupp Sport with a 340cc engine. The best part is that I still have it! Here are some of my personal favorites, starting with that fatefull first Rupp:

Note: This is the snowmobile that I got for my 13th birthday. I still have it!

Brand: 1975 Rupp Centaur

Condition: Excellent

Mileage: 1800

Note: This is my Summer cruiser. Click on the picture for more information!

Brand: 1973 Rupp Magnum 440

Condition: Completely Restored

Mileage: Unknown

Note: This sled is brand new from top to bottom, including a NOS tunnel, motor, fiberglass, and skis!

Brand: 1976 Rupp Nitro 340

Condition: Very Good

Mileage: N/A

Note: I got this sled from a local owner in my hometown. I am in the process of getting it ready for snow!

Brand: 1975 Rupp F/A 440

Condition: Completely Restored

Mileage: Unknown

Note: This sled was restored by Bill 'Elvis' Stull three years ago and is ready for racing.

Note: I just got this sled from Oregon and it is a complete original sled.

I know, this hurts a little having to let go of an old friend. Listed here are some the sleds that I used to own, but have sold to another collector to enjoy. I wish I could keep them all, but I just couldn't. Here are some of my favorite sleds that I have owned over the years:

Past Collection

Brand:2001 Scorpion TKX 890

Condition: Excellent - Like New

Mileage: 300 Approximate

Note: This is the 12th of 16 total 2001 Scorpions, and my former trail sled. The sled features an 890cc 160HP PSI Genesis motor.

Brand:1976 Merc Sno-Twister 340

Condition: Very Good Original

Mileage: Unknown

Note: This sled is almost completely original, down to the skis and air box. This 'Twister sports a new Image seat.

Brand:1971 Rupp Magnum 440

Condition: Very Good Original

Mileage: 2300 (Approximate)

Note: The motor has been coverted to CDI and the seat cover was redone. Other than that, it is original.

Brand: 1972 Polaris Starfire 650cc

Condition: Needs Restoration

Mileage: Unknown

Note: This was a winter project that I just couldn't find the time to finish. I did get the motor rebuilt, and that looked great.

Brand: 1979 Ski-Doo Blizzard

Condition: Fair - Needs Restoration

Mileage: Unknown

Note: Another project sled that I didn't have the time to get fixed up this year. It ran, but needed TLC to be trail ready.

Brand: 1971 Arctic Cat EXT 400

Condition: Very Good

Mileage: N/A

Note: This was a real solid sled that needed only minor work for show. A sweet runner!

Brand: 2005 Arctic Cat F7 Retro

Condition: Brand New

Mileage: 5.1

Note: This sled is, in my opinion, one of the finest looking newer sleds and an extremely fast stock machine.

Brand: 1971 Arctic Cat King Kat 800

Condition: Needs Restoration

Mileage: Unknown

Note: Another project I couldn't finish. This sled needed a lot of work to ride, but it was all there!

Brand: 1976 Rupp Magnum 440

Condition: Very Good

Mileage: 550

Note: This sled was in really nice condition and had a new seat cover, handlebars, and front fiberglass.

Brand: 1973 Rupp Magnum 440

Condition: Completely Restored

Mileage: 177 (Original)

Note: This sled had undergone a complete restoration including a full body, engine, suspension, and ski restoration. It's in a great new home!

Brand: 1977 Polaris Colt SS 340

Condition: Excellent Original

Note: This sled is all original, down to the paint on the skis.

Brand: 1976 Yamaha SRX 340

Condition: Very Good

Mileage: Unknown

Note: This sled was in good condition and had a new seat cover. It was strong runner!

Brand: 1971 Rupp Magnum 400

Condition: Restored

Mileage: 1965

Note: This sled has a rebuilt motor, new seat, and a NOS hood.

Brand: 1976 Rupp Magnum 440

Condition: Restored

Mileage: N/A

Note: This sled was restored a few years ago by Rick Weaver. It featured new glass, new seat, and a NOS track.

Condition: Good Original

Note: This sled had been sitting for several years and I was planning to get it going again, but didn't have the time.

Brand: 1971 Rupp Magnum 800

Condition: Completely Restored

Mileage: 972

Note: This was completely restored about 5 years ago and it is still a sharp machine!
